TTG offers an intensive one day introductory training class for new users of AlignStar at our training facility in Burlington, MA. There are also custom classes available for advanced users or those who would prefer training at their own location.
Do I need training?
A frequently asked question - particularly in light of the fact that AlignStar is so easy to use. The short answer to this question is no, you do not need training. However, about half of our new users do sign up for training and find it tremendously beneficial. Here are some of the reasons:
- It forces you to learn to use the product in a structured manner
- Learning takes place with a skilled instructor able to answer any questions you may have
- You learn the full capabilities of the software
- Knowing how the software works and what it can do helps you plan and prepare for your alignment project ensuring success for you and your company
Can I learn to use the software on my own?
Yes, of course. We provide copius documentation, sample data and detailed step-by-step tutorials covering all aspects of the software. However, this approach takes discipline and uninterrupted time that many people do not have. If you are the type of person that can learn this way and can carve out some time then you should be successful learning it with the provided materials.
