July 22, 2009 Burlington, MA — TTG, Inc. today announced that they have acquired Bradford Map Company's 5-Digit ZIP Code boundary data business for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition includes Bradford's proprietary ZIP Code boundary data, update methodology and all existing end user, reseller and OEM license agreements.
TTG has been a reseller of Bradford Map Company's ZIP Code data for over 10 years. They currently package the data with their Territory Mapper and AlignStar product lines. "We have always been very pleased with the quality of the data and the level of service provided by Bradford Map Company," said David Pinals, President and CEO of TTG, Incorporated. Pinals continued, "This is a very strategic acquisition for TTG. We are excited about continuing the tradition of providing quality data and superior support to all of our users including those we have inherited from Bradford Map Company. In the short term we will focus on setting up new OEM and Reseller agreements with key industry data providers".
